Connection Error

Connection errors will be displayed if ReadyWorks is unable to connect to the ETL.

  1. The Connection Settings tab will be marked Offline. The App Filters and SCCM Widget Goals tabs are unavailable when the connection is offline.
  2. The SCCM Asset dashboard will display a connection error message
  3. The Altiris Asset dashboard will display a connection error message
  4. When the connection is reestablished, the Connection Settings tab will be marked Online
