Download Attachment

From the Attachments page, you can download attachments. To download:

1. Select an attachment (row) to download
   
2. Click the Download Attachment button on the toolbar
   
   1. The download button is grayed out unless an attachment (row) is selected
      
      
   2. The download function is available to users in the Administrator, Regular User, Workflow User and Read Only User security groups
3. The attachment will either download (if type is Uploaded File) or open in a new browser tab (if type is External URL)
