EndpointReady
Managing endpoints manually is time-consuming, error-prone, and costly, especially in hybrid environments with diverse infrastructure and user needs. EndpointReady puts governed AI agents to work on the endpoint lifecycle, from acquisition through retirement, on a data foundation you can trust.
EndpointReady connects procurement, CMDB, endpoint management, HR, DEX, and vendor systems and unites their data into one continuously cleansed view of the fleet, from purchase through disposition. Application and asset context tells you what depends on what, and the ReadyAI control plane plans and executes refreshes and OS upgrades: end user communications, scheduling, application packaging, job and ticket creation, and rollback. Every action is logged, explainable, and reversible, with human-in-the-loop approval on high-impact steps.
EndpointReady delivers full value with AI turned off. Agents compress work that is already proven.
Lower IT spending, reduce risk, and ensure employees have the tech they need, when they need it with ReadyWorks EndpointReady.
The Challenge
Most organizations cannot say how many endpoints they actually have. Procurement, CMDB, endpoint management, HR, and vendor systems each hold a partial and conflicting count of the fleet. Duplicate and stale records inflate the population, warranty and lease terms sit untracked in spreadsheets, and refresh scope is estimated rather than known.
The results are familiar: over-ordered hardware, under-used licenses, missed warranty windows, and refresh projects that run long because the starting count was wrong. Attaching agents to that data makes the problem faster rather than smaller, which is why EndpointReady addresses the data first.
How EndpointReady Works
Reconcile. Procurement, CMDB, endpoint management, HR, DEX, and vendor systems are reconciled into a single data fabric. Duplicate and outdated records are flagged and cleansed, so the refresh population, license counts, and warranty status are correct before a device moves. Data is accessed on demand and stays in the systems that own it, and corrected data flows back to your systems of record where you choose to enable it.
Prioritize. Warranty expiration, lease terms, usage patterns, and the applications installed on each device set the refresh order. You see which devices are due, which licenses ride along, and which users a change touches before you schedule anything.
Execute. The ReadyAI control plane schedules waves, sends end user communications, packages applications, creates jobs and tickets, and reprovisions retired devices. ReadyAI builds the strategy and begins executing it with human-in-the-loop approval, within the guardrails your organization sets.
Refresh cycles are continuous. New hires, warranty expirations, OS end-of-life, and lease renewals arrive every week. EndpointReady runs that queue on the same platform that carries the enterprise’s largest transformation programs: day-to-day operations and transformation programs, on one platform.
Benefits
| Increased Efficiency | ReadyAI plans and executes refresh work, including communications, scheduling, application packaging, and upgrade orchestration, with approval required on high-impact steps. |
| Enhanced Visibility | Monitor every endpoint from one reconciled view in real time, from purchase through disposition, with duplicate and stale records flagged and cleansed. |
| Cost Savings | Optimize hardware, software, and license usage and costs, and act on warranty and lease dates before they expire. |
| Improved Compliance | Automatically generate chain of custody reports for audit responses and legal holds, with a full audit trail behind every agent action. |
| Reduced Risk | Sequence change around application dependencies and usage, so the effect of a refresh wave is known before it runs and can be reversed if needed. |
What You Get
- Procurement, CMDB, endpoint management, HR, DEX, and vendor systems connected into one continuously cleansed view.
- Dependency and usage context attached to every hardware and software asset.
- ReadyAI planning and executing refresh workflows: end user communications, scheduling, job and ticket creation, and rollback.
- Usage, warranty status, and lease terms tracked to improve maintenance planning and reduce surprises.
- Audit-ready reports for ITAM, software licensing, sustainability goals, and e-waste tracking.
Results
RBC reduced the cost of a desktop migration project by 40%. Elekta gained clarity and control over its IT assets and estimated a 20% saving on labor during an upgrade. Both outcomes are published on the ReadyWorks EndpointReady page.
Beyond the Endpoint
EndpointReady installs the same data fabric, application context layer, and ReadyAI control plane that carry every other ReadyWorks solution. A program that starts with the endpoint estate extends to servers, storage, virtualization, and connected devices on the same platform, the same data, and the same guardrails.
