Security Groups

The Security Groups tab provides the ability to manage ReadyWorks security groups.

Available operations:

• Create new security groups by clicking on the New Security Group button
• View a list of security groups in ReadyWorks
  • Columns available
    • Name – Name of the security group
    • Description – Description of the security group
    • User Assigned – Number of users assigned to the security group
    • Group Status – Whether the account is enabled or disabled
    • System Group – Whether the security group is system or not
    • Object Level – Whether the security group includes object level permissions
• View the properties of security groups by clicking the hyperlink of the Name field
• Copy security groups by selecting a security group (row) and clicking the Copy Security Group button on the toolbar
• Delete security groups by selecting a security group (row) and clicking the Delete Security Group button on the toolbar
• You can also change the number of visible rows in the table, set column visibility, export to CSV or Excel, refresh the table and search for text
