Assets

The Assets page provides the ability to manage assets.  Computer assets are shown in the example below.

Available operations:

• Create new assets by clicking on the New Asset button
• View a list of the assets in ReadyWorks
  • Columns available
    • Id (hidden by default) – System Id of the asset
    • Name – Name of the asset
    • Asset Specific Columns – Columns specific to the asset type
    • Asset Links – Number of assets linked to the asset
    • Waves – Waves the asset is assigned to
• View the properties of assets by clicking the hyperlink of the Name field
• Copy assets by selecting an asset (row) and clicking the Copy Asset button on the toolbar
• Edit assets by selecting an asset (row) and clicking the Edit Asset button on the toolbar
• Edit assets in bulk by clicking the Bulk Edit button on the toolbar
• Delete assets by selecting one or more assets (rows) and clicking the Delete Asset button on the toolbar
  • Select all assets (rows) on the page by clicking the Select All button on the toolbar
• You can also change the number of visible rows in the table, view full screen, set column visibility, export to CSV or Excel, refresh the table and search for text

NOTE:  Available filter values are based on the data in the table and other applied filters.  Advanced filters were deprecated in version 7.4.0218.
