Functional Groups

The Functional Groups tab provides the ability to manage ReadyWorks functional groups.

Available operations:

• Create new functional groups by clicking on the New Functional Group button
• View a list of functional groups in ReadyWorks
  • Columns available
    • Name – Name of the functional group
    • Description – Description of the functional group
    • Security Group – Security group the functional group is associated to (to automatically assign and unassign users)
    • User Assigned – Number of users assigned to the functional group
• View the properties of functional groups by clicking the hyperlink of the Name field
• Delete functional groups by selecting a functional group (row) and clicking the Delete Functional Group button on the toolbar
• You can also change the number of visible rows in the table, set column visibility, export to CSV or Excel, refresh the table and search for text
