View Attachment

The View Attachment page provides the ability to view the properties of an attachment and is accessed by clicking the hyperlink of the attachment Name field.  The screen will have different properties depending on the attachment type (Uploaded File, External URL).  The page can be accessed from the Attachments page or from the Attachments tab when viewing the properties of assets, lists, waves or tasks.

Available operations:

• View and update the properties of the attachment
• Download the uploaded file or open the external URL
• View the assets, lists, waves or tasks linked to the attachment
• Link and unlink assets, lists, waves or tasks to/from the attachment
• View the history of the attachment
