Manage Subscriptions

From the Report Recipients tab, you can manage subscriptions of report recipients. To manage subscriptions:

  1. Select a report recipient (row) to manage subscriptions
  2. Click the Report Subscriptions button on the toolbar to bring up the Manage Subscriptions to Reports dialog

    1. The manage button is grayed out unless a report recipient (row) is selected

    2. The manage function is only available to users in the Administrator security group
    3. Recipient – Email address of the report recipient (required)Manage the subscriptions of the report recipient
    4. Report Subscriptions – Reports the recipient is subscribed to (optional)
      1. Deselect reports to unsubscribe the report recipient
  3. Click the Save button when finished to update the report recipient. Click the Close button to cancel the operation.
