Reset Job

From the Inbound Jobs, Outbound Jobs and Connection Jobs tabs, you can reset jobs. To reset:

  1. Select one or more jobs (rows) to reset
  2. Click the Reset Job button on the toolbar to bring up the Reset Job dialog

    1. The reset button is grayed out unless a job (row) is selected

      NOTE:  The Upload File button is only available on CSV, JSON and XML file connectors with Manual File Upload enabled.
    2. The reset function is only available to users in the Administrator security group
  3. Choose if you want to delete all associated data tables and logs and then click the Reset Job button to confirm the reset operation. Click the Cancel button to cancel the operation.
