ETL Job Schedules

ReadyWorks provides the ability to schedule jobs to automate the synchronization of data from your data sources.  The ETL Job Schedules tab on the ETL page provides the ability to manage ETL job schedules.

Available operations:

  • Create new job schedules by clicking on the New Schedule button
  • View a list of jobs schedules in ReadyWorks
    • Columns available
      • Id (hidden by default) – System Id of the job schedule
      • Name – Name of the job schedule
      • Priority – Order the job schedule will run at the designated frequency
      • Cron String (hidden by default) – Cron string of the job schedule
      • Day of Week – Day of the week the job schedule will run (* denotes any day of the week)
      • Month – Month the job schedule will run (* denotes any month)
      • Day of Month – Day of the month the job schedule will run (* denotes any day of the month)
      • Hour – Hour the job schedule will run (* denotes any hour)
      • Minute – Minute the job schedule will run (* denotes any minute)
  • Edit job schedules by selecting a job schedule (row) and clicking the Edit Schedule button on the toolbar
  • Delete job schedules by selecting a job schedule (row) and clicking the Delete Schedule button on the toolbar
  • You can also change the number of visible rows in the table, set column visibility and search for text

NOTE:  Default schedules (hourly, daily, weekly, every 5 minutes, every 15 minutes and every 30 minutes) cannot be modified or deleted.
