Asset Count by Property

The Asset Count by Property report shows Asset Counts by selected Property.

Available operations:

• To run the report, choose an asset type (e.g. Computer, User) from the Asset Count drop down, select a data column (e.g. Computer Model, Migration Status) from the by Property drop down and click the Run Report button
• View a list of the number of assets (e.g. Computer) for each value in a selected data column (e.g. Computer Model)
  •  Columns available
    • List Specific Columns – Columns specific to the list (data column)
    • Asset Count – Number of assets related to each value in the list
• You can also change the number of visible rows in the table, view full screen, export to CSV or Excel, refresh the table and search for text
