New List

From the Lists tab, you can create list items.  To create:

1. Click the New List button to bring up the New List dialog
2. Enter the properties of the new list item
   
   1. Name – Name of the list item (required)
      NOTE: The Name field of an asset cannot contain the string ” | “.
   2. List Specific Columns – Columns specific to the asset type
      NOTE: Lookups with a large number of items will be converted from a normal drop down menu to a dialog.
   3. Click the icon to create a new lookup value in a list or asset data column
3. Click the Create button when finished to create the list item. You will be redirected back to the Lists tab. Click the Close button to cancel the operation.
