Portal Users

The Portal Users page in the Self Service module provides the ability to manage portal access.
Available operations:
- Provision new portal users by clicking the Provision Users button
- Select portal features to enable in the Portal URL (including Additional Tabs) by clicking the Portal URL Settings button
- View a list of portal users in ReadyWorks
- Columns available
- User Name – Name of the portal user
- Email – Email of the portal user
- Portal URL – Unique portal URL for the portal user to access the portal
- Last Login – Date the portal user last logged in to the portal
- User Info – Whether the User Information tab is enabled for the portal user
- Computers – Whether the Computers tab is enabled for the portal user
- Applications – Whether the Applications tab is enabled for the portal user
- Scheduling – Whether the Scheduling tab is enabled for the portal user
- Columns available
- View the properties of portal users by clicking the hyperlink of the User Name field
- View the portal URL of the portal user by clicking the hyperlink of the Portal URL field
- Edit portal access by selecting a poral user (row) and clicking the Edit Portal Access button on the toolbar
- Remove portal access by selecting a portal user (row) and clicking the Remove Portal Access button on the toolbar
- You can also change the number of visible rows in the table, view full screen, set column visibility, export to CSV or Excel, refresh the table and search for text
NOTE: ReadyWorks Administrators can configure self service portal features on the Module Settings – Self Service page.
