The Email Project Team configuration tab provides the ability to configure the behavior of the Email Project Team section displayed on all tabs in the portal.  Configuration options include enabling or disabling the section, the project team send to email address and subject, the button text, the section title and the section text.  The Email Project Team section allows a user to email the project team using a prepopulated template if configured.

Configuration

From the Email Project Team configuration tab, you can configure the behavior of the section in the portal.  To configure:

  1. Choose if the Email Project Team section is enabled or not from the Enabled radio button
  2. Enter the send to email address of project team emails in the Send To Email Address text box
  3. Enter the subject of the project team emails in the Email Subject text box
  4. Enter the button text in the Button Text text box
  5. Enter the section title in the Section Title text box
  6. Enter the section text in the Section Text text box
  7. Click the Update button to save your changes. Navigate to another page to cancel your changes.
    NOTE:  Each tab must be updated individually.  Updating from a different tab without first updating the Email Project Team configuration tab will result in the loss of your changes.
