Edit Strategy

From the Strategizer tab, you can edit strategies. To edit:

1. Select a strategy (row) to edit
   
2. Click the Edit Strategy button on the toolbar
   
   1. The edit button is grayed out unless a strategy (row) is selected
      
      
   2. The edit function is only available to users in the Administrator security group
3. Update the properties of the strategy
   
   1. Name – Name of the strategy (required)
   2. Focus – Areas of focus of the strategy (required)
      1. Sizing – Capacity footprint (default)
      2. Phasing – Migration planning and wave sequencing
      3. TCO – Target cost analysis
   3. Target – Target migration platform of the strategy (required)
      1. Azure – Migration to Azure using Azure Migrate (default)
      2. Nutanix – Migration to Nutanix using Nutanix Move
      3. OpenShift – Migration to OpenShift using OpenShift MTV
         NOTE: The migration tool is resolved from the source and target pair. VMware is currently the only supported migration source.
4. Click the Update button when finished to update the strategy. You will be redirected back to the Strategizer tab. Click the Close button to cancel the operation.
