Report Snapshots

The Report Snapshots dialog provides the ability to manage report snapshots.
Available operations:
- View a list of report snapshots
- Columns available
- Name – Name of the report snapshot
- Date Created – Date the snapshot was created
- Columns available
- Edit report snapshots by selecting a report snapshot (row) and clicking the Edit Snapshot button on the toolbar
- Delete report snapshots by selecting a report snapshot (row) and clicking the Delete Snapshot button on the toolbar
- You can also change the number of visible rows in the table, refresh the table and search for text
Edit Snapshot
From the Report Snapshots dialog, you can edit report snapshots. To edit:
- Select a report snapshot (row) to edit
- Click the Edit Snapshot button on the toolbar
- The edit button is grayed out unless a report snapshot (row) is selected
- The edit function is available to users in the Administrator and Regular User security groups
- The edit button is grayed out unless a report snapshot (row) is selected
- Edit the properties of the report snapshot
- Name – Name of the report snapshot (required)
- Click the Update button to save your changes. You will be directed back to the Report Snapshots dialog. Click the Close button to cancel the operation.
Delete Snapshot
From the Report Snapshots dialog, you can delete report snapshots. To delete:
- Select a report snapshot (row) to delete
- Click the Delete Snapshot button on the toolbar
- The delete button is only visible when Enable Delete has been checked under Settings – Options (top right corner of the UI)
- The delete button is grayed out unless a report snapshot (row) is selected
- The delete function is available to users in the Administrator and Regular User security groups
- The delete button is only visible when Enable Delete has been checked under Settings – Options (top right corner of the UI)
- Click the Delete button to confirm the delete operation. Click the Cancel button to cancel the operation.
