Delete Notification

From the Notifications page, you can delete notifications. To delete:

  1. Select one or more notifications (row) to delete
  2. Click the Delete Notification button on the toolbar

    1. The delete button is only visible when Enable Delete has been checked under Settings – Options (top right corner of the UI)

    2. The delete button is grayed out unless a T-Comm template (row) is selected

    3. The delete function is only available to users in the Administrator security group
  3. Click the Delete button to confirm the delete operation. Click the Cancel button to cancel the operation.

Edit Notification

From the Notifications page, you can edit notifications. To edit:

  1. Click the hyperlink of the Name field to edit the notification
    1. The edit function is only available to users in the Administrator security group
  2. Update the properties of the notification

    1. Type – Type of the notification (EULA) (required)
    2. Name – Name of the notification (required)
    3. Version – Version of the notification (required)
      1. Click the Insert Latest Version Number button to insert the latest version number
    4. Enabled – Choose if the notification is enabled or disabled (required)
    5. Required – Choose if the notification is required (required)
    6. Modal Width – Choose the width of the notification modal (Small, Large) (required)
    7. Modal Content Display – Choose the content display of the modal (Inline, Scrollable) (required)
    8. Description – Description of the notification (optional)
    9. Title – Title of the notification (optional)
    10. Email Body – Body of the notification (optional)
  3. Click the Preview button to preview the form before saving. Click the Close button to exit the form preview.
  4. Click the Update button when finished to update the notification. You will be redirected back to the Notifications page. Click the Close button to cancel the operation.

Copy Notification

From the Notifications page, you can create copy the latest notification. To copy:

  1. Click the Copy Latest EULA button to bring up the Create EULA page
  2. Enter the properties of the copied notification

    1. Type – Type of the notification (EULA) (required)
    2. Name – Name of the notification (required)
    3. Version – Version of the notification (required)
      1. Click the Insert Latest Version Number button to insert the latest version number
    4. Enabled – Choose if the notification is enabled or disabled (required)
    5. Required – Choose if the notification is required (required)
    6. Modal Width – Choose the width of the notification modal (Small, Large) (required)
    7. Modal Content Display – Choose the content display of the modal (Inline, Scrollable) (required)
    8. Description – Description of the notification (optional)
    9. Title – Title of the notification (optional)
    10. Email Body – Body of the notification (optional)
  3. Click the Preview button to preview the form before saving. Click the Close button to exit the form preview.

From the Notifications page, you can create new notifications. To create:

  1. Click the New EULA button to bring up the Create EULA page
  2. Enter the properties of the new notification

    1. Type – Type of the notification (EULA) (required)
    2. Name – Name of the notification (required)
    3. Version – Version of the notification (required)
      1. Click the Insert Latest Version Number button to insert the latest version number
