Data Quality Reports

The Data Quality Reports page provides the ability to manage data quality reports. Data quality reports are utilized to identify the completeness, cleanliness, and accuracy of your data.

Available operations:

• Create new data quality reports by clicking on the New Report button
• View a list of data quality reports
  • Columns available
    • Name – Name of the data quality report
    • Description – Description of the data quality report
    • Report Type – Type of the data quality report (Anomalous Data, Duplicate Data, Missing Data)
    • Data Source – Data source of the data quality report (Data Types, ETL Jobs)
    • Date Created – Date the data quality report was created
• View an Anomalous Data, Duplicate Data, or Missing Data report by clicking the hyperlink of the Name field
• Edit data quality reports by selecting a data quality report (row) and clicking the Edit Report button on the toolbar
• Delete data quality reports by selecting a data quality report (row) and clicking the Delete Report button on the toolbar
• You can also change the number of visible rows in the table, export to CSV or Excel, refresh the table, and search for text

NOTE: The Data Quality module is only available to users in the Administrator security group.
