App Filters

ReadyWorks provides the ability to filter Application assets as they are synchronized from your data sources (e.g. SCCM, Altiris). As ReadyWorks synchronizes from the ETL, Application names are matched to the app filters. All matches are filtered out of the ReadyWorks view. The App Filters tab on the ETL page provides the ability to view and create app filters.

Available operations:

• Create new app filters by clicking on the New App Filter button
• View a list of app filters
  • Columns available
    • Filter Type – How the filter will be matched (starts with, ends with, contains, exactly matches)
      • Filter by Starts With, Ends With, Contains, Exactly Matches
    • Filter String – String that will be matched to the Application name
    • Created By – ReadyWorks user who created the app filter
    • Date Created – Date the app filter was created
• Import app filters by clicking on the Import App Filters button
• Delete app filters by selecting an app filter (row) and clicking the Delete App Filter button on the toolbar
• You can also change the number of visible rows in the table, export to CSV or Excel, refresh the table, and search for text
