Images

The Images tab provides the ability to upload images to data records.

Available operations:

• View images uploaded to the data record
  • Properties available
    • Image Name – Label of the image
• Upload images to the data record
• Update the label of images
• Delete images

Upload Images

From the Images tab, you can upload images to the data record. To upload:

1. Drag images to the Drop new images here or click to upload box or click on Drop new images here or click to upload and browse for images to upload
   
   1. The upload function is only available to users in the Administrator and Regular User security groups

NOTE: Image upload is not supported on Internet Explorer.

Update Image Labels

From the Images tab, you can rename images. To rename:

1. Double click on the Image Label/Name and edit the text. Click out of the Image Label/Name to save.
    
   1.  The rename function is only available to users in the Administrator and Regular User security groups

Delete Images

From the Images tab, you can delete images from the data record. To delete:

1. Click the button in the top right corner of the image
   
   1. The delete function is only available to users in the Administrator and Regular User security groups
2. Click the Delete button to confirm the delete operation. Click the Cancel button to cancel the operation.
