Data Type Groups

The Data Type Groups tab provides the ability to group your data types on the navigation menu.
Available operations:
- Create new data type groups by clicking on the New Data Type Group button
- View a list of data type groups in ReadyWorks
- Columns available
- Id (hidden by default) – System Id of the data type group
- Name – Name of the data type group
- Menu Order – Position of each data type group on the navigation menu
- Menu Show – Whether the data type group will display or be hidden on the navigation menu
- Filter by Yes, No
- Parent Group – Parent group of the data type group
- Filter by parent group
- Child Groups – Total number of child groups assigned to the parent group
- Data Types – Total number of data types assigned to the data type group
- Columns available
- Edit data type groups by selecting a data type group (row) and clicking the Edit Data Type Group button on the toolbar
- Delete data type groups by selecting a data type group (row) and clicking the Delete Data Type Group button on the toolbar
- You can also change the number of visible rows in the table, set column visibility, export to CSV or Excel, refresh the table, and search for text
