Cron Jobs

ReadyWorks provides the ability to schedule cron jobs to automate the execution of various ReadyWorks tasks (e.g. backup, sending of T-Comms, data synchronization, inbound and outbound jobs, etc.). The Cron Jobs tab on the Options page provides the ability to manage cron jobs.

Available operations:

  • Create new cron jobs by clicking on the New Cron Job button
  • View a list of cron jobs scheduled in ReadyWorks
    • Columns available
      • Name – Name of the cron job
      • Description – Description of the cron job
      • Type – Type of the cron job
        • Filter by Classic, Mapping
      • Status – Whether the cron job is enabled or disabled
        • Filter by Enabled, Disabled
      • Schedule – Frequency the cron job will run (Weekly, Daily, Hourly, or after ETL5 Job)
        • Filter by Weekly, Daily, Hourly
      • Order – Order the cron job will run at the designated frequency
      • Script Name – Path and name of the cron job script (PHP or SH)
  • Edit cron jobs by selecting a cron job (row) and clicking the Edit Cron Job button on the toolbar
  • Run cron jobs by selecting a cron job (row) and clicking the Run Cron Job button on the toolbar
  • Delete cron jobs by selecting a cron job (row) and clicking the Delete Cron Job button on the toolbar
  • You can also change the number of visible rows in the table, set column visibility, export to CSV or Excel, refresh the table and search for text
