Job History

The Job History page provides the ability to view the ETL job history.

Available operations:

  • View the job history of all inbound and outbound jobs
    • Columns available
      • Log Id (hidden by default) – System Id of the log entry
      • Job Id (hidden by default) – System Id of the job
      • Connection Id (hidden by default) – System Id of the connection
      • Job Description – Description of the job
      • Connection Label – Label of the connection
        • Filter by connection
      • Job Type – Type of the job (Inbound, Outbound)
        • Filter by job type
      • Next Run – Date the job will next run
      • Run Start – Start date of the job
      • Run End – End date of the job
      • Duration – Duration of the job
      • Status – Status of the execution (Success, Error)
        • Filter by status
      • Records – Number of records processed by the job
      • All Records – Number of records processed by the job
      • Tables – Number of tables processed by the job
      • Has Warning – Whether the job has encountered warning (Yes, No)
        • Filter by Yes, No
      • Has Errors – Whether the job has encountered errors (Yes, No)
        • Filter by Yes, No
      • Latest Log – Whether the log is the latest (Yes, No)
        • Filter by Yes, No
  • View the job log of a job history log entry by selecting a log entry (row) and scrolling to the bottom of the page
  • You can also change the number of visible rows in the table, set column visibility, export to CSV or Excel, and search for text

Job Log

From the Job History page, you can view the job log of job history log entries. To view:

  1. Select a job (row) to view the execution results of the job
  2. The execution results are displayed below the job history. Use the Select Run drop down to view the execution results from previous runs.
