New Record

From the Secondary Data page, you can create data records. To create:

  1. Click the New Record button to bring up the New Record dialog
  2. Enter the properties of the new data record

    1. Name – Name of the data record (required)
      NOTE: The Name field of a data record cannot contain the string ” | “.
    2. Data Type Specific Columns – Columns specific to the data type
      NOTE: Lookups with a large number of items will be converted from a normal drop down menu to a dialog.
    3. Click the icon to create a new value in a lookup data column
  3. Click the Create button when finished to create the data record. You will be redirected back to the Secondary Data page. Click the Close button to cancel the operation.
      1. The new record function is only available to users in the Administrator and Regular User security groups
