T-Comm History

The T-Comm History tab provides the ability to view the ReadyWorks T-Comm history.
Available operations:
- View the T-Comm sent history of all waves and tasks
- Columns available
- Timestamp – Date the email was sent
- Workflow Type – Type of the workflow (wave or task)
- Workflow Name – Name of the wave or task the T-Comm template was sent for
- Template Name – Name of the T-Comm template
- Asset Name – Name of the asset linked to the wave
- Sent Asset Name – Name of the user asset the T-Comm template was sent to
- Sent Asset Email – Email of the user the T-Comm template was sent to
- Status – Status of the sent email (e.g. Success, Fail, Skip)
- Columns available
- Delete T-Comm History log entries by selecting a T-Comm History log entry (row) and clicking the Delete T-Comm History Log Entry button on the toolbar
- You can also change the number of visible rows in the table, view full screen, set column visibility, export to CSV or Excel, refresh the table and search for text
Delete T-Comm History Log Entry
From the T-Comm History tab, you can delete T-Comm History log entries. To delete:
- Select a T-Comm History log entry (row) to delete
- Click the Delete T-Comm History Log Entry button on the toolbar
- The delete button is only visible when Enable Delete has been checked under Settings – Options (top right corner of the UI)
- The delete button is grayed out unless a T-Comm History log entry (row) is selected
- The delete function is only available to users in the Administrator and Regular User security groups
- The delete button is only visible when Enable Delete has been checked under Settings – Options (top right corner of the UI)
- Click the Delete button to confirm the delete operation. Click the Cancel button to cancel the operation.
