Favorites

The Favorites tab is located on the View User page and is accessed by clicking the hyperlink of the user account Email field. Favorites provide a way for you to save shortcuts to your favorite ReadyWorks pages and navigate to them in seconds from anywhere.
Available operations:
- Create new folders by clicking on the New Folder button
- View a list of favorites created by a user
- Columns available
- Name – Name of the favorite
- Folder – Name of the folder
- Columns available
- Edit favorites by selecting a favorite (row) and clicking the Edit Favorite button on the toolbar
- Delete favorites by selecting a favorite (row) and clicking the Delete Favorite button on the toolbar
- You can also change the number of visible rows in the table, set column visibility, export to CSV or Excel, refresh the table and search for text
New Folder
From the Favorites tab, you can create folders for favorites. To create:
- Click the New Folder button to bring up the New Folder dialog
- Enter the properties of the new favorite
- Name – Name of the folder (required)
- Click the Create button when finished to create the folder. You will be redirected back to the Favorites tab. Click the Close button to cancel the operation.
- The new folder function is available to users in all security groups by default
Edit Favorite
From the Favorites tab, you can edit the properties of favorites. To edit:
- Select a favorite (row) to edit
- Click the Edit Favorite button on the toolbar to bring up the Edit Favorite dialog
- The edit button is grayed out unless a favorite (row) is selected
- The edit function is available to users in all security groups by default
- The edit button is grayed out unless a favorite (row) is selected
- Edit the properties of the favorite
- Name – Name of the favorite (required)
- Folder – Folder for the favorite (optional)
- URL – URL of the favorite (required)
- Click the Update button when finished to update the favorite. Click the Close button to cancel the operation.
Delete Favorites
From the Favorites tab, you can delete favorites. To delete:
- Select a favorite (row) to delete
- Click the Delete Favorites button on the toolbar
- The delete button is only visible when Enable Delete has been checked under Settings – Options (top right corner of the UI)
- The delete button is grayed out unless a favorite (row) is selected
- The delete function is available to users in all security groups by default
- The delete button is only visible when Enable Delete has been checked under Settings – Options (top right corner of the UI)
- Click the Delete button to confirm the delete operation. Click the Cancel button to cancel the operation.
