View Published Report

ReadyWorks provides the ability to publish ReadyWorks reports for access by non-ReadyWorks users to a report URL without having to login to ReadyWorks. From the Reports Configuration page, you can view a published report. To view:

1. Select a published report (row) to view
   
2. Click the View Published Report button on the toolbar to bring up the published report in a new browser tab
   
   1. The view button is grayed out unless a published report (row) is selected
      
      
   2. The view function is only available to users in the Administrator security group
      NOTE: Users in the Administrator, Regular User, Orchestration User, and Read Only User security groups can view a published report from the Reports page.
3. Share the URL of the published report with non-ReadyWorks users who will be able to access the link without having to login to ReadyWorks
