Rationalization

The Rationalization settings page provides the ability to view and configure rationalization settings.

Available operations:

• View and update rationalization settings
  • Fields available
    • Asset Rationalization
      • Delete Source Asset – Delete source asset after rationalization
      • Move Attachments to Target – Move source attachments to target asset after rationalization
      • Move History to Target – Move source history to target asset after rationalization
      • Move Notes to Target – Move source notes to target asset after rationalization

      • Delete Source List – Delete source list item after rationalization
      • Move Attachments to Target – Move source attachments to target list item after rationalization
      • Move History to Target – Move source history to target list item after rationalization
      • Move Notes to Target – Move source notes to target list item after rationalization

Update Rationalization Settings

From the Rationalization setting page, you can update the rationalization settings. To update:

1. Enter a value for each rationalization setting
2. Click the Update button to save your rationalization settings
