Overview

The VM Inventory report provides a consolidated view of virtual machine configuration, resource allocation, and migration-readiness information. It answers three important planning questions:

  1. What virtual machines do I have? (Inventory, power state, operating system, memory, storage, and network configuration)
  2. Are the workloads ready for migration? (Power state, VMware Tools status, AHV compatibility, and configuration completeness)
