Computer User Assignment

The Computer User Assignment report shows Computers and their assigned Users or Users and their assigned Computers.

Available operations:
- To run the report, choose a relationship type (Computer to User, User to Computer) from the Relationship Type drop down and click the Run Report button. Computers or users will be listed first depending on the relationship chosen.
- Relationship types
- Computer to User – Computers and their linked users
- User to Computer – Users and their linked computers
- Relationship types
- View a list of computers and their linked users or a list of users and their linked computers
- Columns available
- Computer Id (hidden by default) – System Id of the computer record
- Computer Name – Name of the computer
- Computer User Count – Number of users linked to the computer (None, One, Multiple)
- Filter by None, One, Multiple
- Computer Data Type Specific Columns – Columns specific to the computer data type (the first three columns are displayed by default)
- User Id (hidden by default) – System Id of the user record
- User Name – Name of the user
- Filter by Defined (user linked to the computer) or Undefined (no user linked to the computer)
- User Data Type Specific Columns – Columns specific to the user data type (the first three columns are displayed by default)
- Columns available
- You can also change the number of visible rows in the table, view full screen, export to CSV or Excel, refresh the table, and search for text
