Settings
The Settings menu provides the ability to manage your SCCM Asset dashboard.
Available operations:
- Refresh the data on all dashboard charts and widgets
- Filter your collection view (dashboard metrics) to only clients in selected collections
- Show and hide your dashboard widgets
- Reset your dashboard to the default view
- Navigate to the SCCM Widget Goals tab to update the SCCM widget goals
- Navigate to the App Filters tab to create app filters
- Navigate to the Connection Settings tab to configure the ETL connection settings
Refresh Page
From the SCCM Asset dashboard, you can refresh the data on all charts and widgets on the dashboard. To refresh:
- Click the Refresh button to refresh the data on the dashboard
Collection View
From the SCCM Asset dashboard, you can select collections to filter your dashboard metrics to only clients in the selected collections. To select collections:
- From the Settings menu, select Collection View to bring up the Collection View dialog
- Select or unselect collections by checking or unchecking the checkbox next to the Collection Name field (by default data from all collections is shown even though none are selected)
- Click the Show My Collections button to only view your collections in the dialog
- Click the Show All Collections button to return to viewing all collections in the dialog
- Click the Save button to save your collection view. You will be redirected to the SCCM Asset dashboard. A warning message is displayed on the dashboard when a collection view is applied.
- Reset your dashboard to restore the default view
Show/Hide Widgets
From the SCCM Asset dashboard, you can show and hide dashboard widgets. To show or hide:
- From the Settings menu, select Show/Hide Widgets to bring up the Show/Hide Widgets dialog
- Select or unselect widgets by checking or unchecking the checkbox next to the Widget Name field (by default all widgets are shown even though none are selected)
- Click the Show My Widgets button to only view your widgets in the dialog
- Click the Show All Widgets button to return to viewing all widgets in the dialog
- Click the Save button to save your widgets. You will be redirected to the SCCM Asset dashboard.
- Reset your dashboard to restore the default view
Reset Dashboard
From the SCCM Asset dashboard, you can reset your dashboard to the default view. To reset:
- From the Settings menu, select Reset Dashboard to reset your dashboard to the default view with all charts and widgets shown
Widget Goals
From the SCCM Asset dashboard, you can navigate to the SCCM Widget Goals tab on the Module Settings – ETL page. To navigate:
- From the Settings menu, select Widget Goals to navigate to the SCCM Widget Goals tab. The bottom section of the drop down is only visible to users in the Administrator security group.
App Filters
From the SCCM Asset dashboard, you can navigate to the App Filters tab on the Module Settings – ETL page. To navigate:
- From the Settings menu, select App Filters to navigate to the App Filters tab. The bottom section of the drop down is only visible to users in the Administrator security group.
Connection Settings
From the SCCM Asset dashboard, you can navigate to the Connection Settings tab on the Module Settings – ETL page. To navigate:
- From the Settings menu, select Connection Settings to navigate to the Connection Settings tab. The bottom section of the drop down is only visible to users in the Administrator security group.
