Import

The Import tab provides the ability to enable access to Data Import and Orchestration Import.

Available operations:

• Enable access for data import
• Enable access for orchestration import
• Select all or deselect all permissions for import
• Ignore import permissions from this Security Group

Data Import

From the Import tab, you can enable access for data import.

Available operations with Data Import View access:

• Create or update data records in bulk
• Link data records in bulk

Orchestration Import

From the Import tab, you can enable access for orchestration import.

Available operations with Orchestration Import View access:

• Create or update waves and tasks in bulk
• Link data records to waves in bulk
• Add user experience schedule days to waves in bulk

Select All

From the Import tab, you can select all or deselect all permissions for import.

1. From the menu in the upper right corner, check Select All to check (enable) all permissions on the tab.
   
2. Uncheck Select All to uncheck (remove) all permissions on the tab.
   

Ignore

From the Import tab, you can ignore import permissions from this security group by selecting Ignore. This option is used when overlaying multiple security groups and import permissions are set by a different security group. Not enabling permissions on the Import tab, without selecting Ignore, results in no access, as overlaid security groups assume the most restrictive permissions.
