Migration Status

The Status tab provides the ability to view the status of the migration.

Available operations:
- View the status of each step in the migration
- VM Selection – Status of VMs added to the migration
- Red
- No VMs have been added to the migration
- One or more VMs in the migration have not been assigned to a plan
- Green
- VMs have been added to the migration
- All VMs in the migration have been assigned to a plan
- Red
- Plan Creation – Status of plans being created
- Red
- No plans have been created
- One or more VMs in the migration have not been assigned to a plan
- Green
- One or more plans have been created
- Red
- VM Assignment – Status of VMs assigned to a plan
- Green
- All VMs in the migration have been assigned to a plan
- Red
- No VMs have been added to a plan
- One or more VMs in the migration have not been assigned to a plan
- Green
- Plan Configuration – Status of of target information, network mappings, and global/VM settings configuration
- Gray
- No plans have been created
- Green
- Plan settings have been configured for all plans
- Red
- Plan settings have not been configured for one or more plans
- Gray
- Migration Status – Status of plans in the migration
- Not Started – All plans are in a Not Started state or no plans have been created
- In Progress – One ore more plans are in an In Progress or Unknown state (overridden by Blocked)
- Completed – All plans are in a Completed state
- Cancelled – All plans are in a Cancelled state
- Blocked – One or more plans (but not all plans) are in a Needs Attention, On Hold, or Failed state
- On Hold – All plans are in an On Hold state
- VM Selection – Status of VMs added to the migration
- View the status of each plan in the migration
- Needs Attention – Plan settings have not been configured
- Not Started – Plan has not been started
- In Progress – Task with the most recent Start Goal (but not final task) is in an In Progress or Complete state
- Completed – All tasks are in a Complete state
- Cancelled – Plan has been explicitly cancelled
- Failed – Any task is in a Failed state
- On Hold – Task with the most recent Start Goal is in an On Hold state
- Unknown – An unexpected response from Move has been received
