Retrieve Data

From the Connections page, you can retrieve data from connections. To retrieve:

1. Select a connection (row) to retrieve data from
   
2. Click the Retrieve Data button on the toolbar to bring up the Retrieve Data dialog
   
   1. The retrieve button is grayed out unless a connection (row) is selected
      
      
   2. The retrieve function is only available to users in the Administrator security group
3. Click the Get Data button to retrieve data from the connection. Click the Close button to cancel the operation.
   
4. Click the Close button when finished to exit the Retrieve Data dialog
