The Self Service portal provides a way for project users a way to consume ReadyWorks data in conjunction with your project. The portal can provide users insight into their information, computers linked to their profile, applications installed on their computers, and allow users to schedule, reschedule and cancel their migration dates. This section details how to consume the various portal features.

Portal Features

Welcome View a welcome message from the project team
User Information Manage your user attributes (e.g. name, contact, location, department, etc.)
Computers View computers linked to your user profile
Applications Manage applications installed on your computers
Scheduling Schedule, reschedule or cancel your migration date
Email Project Team Email the project team for portal assistance
Welcome Email Receive information on how to access and use the portal
Additional Tabs View additional tabs created to display custom reports
